The East Ramapo Central School District is seeking a motivated and student-athlete centered individual to assist in leading our Unified Basketball Program. An ideal candidate will have experience working with students with disabilities, value long-term development, understand the value and importance of inclusion and celebration of individual differences, assist the Head Unified Basketball Coach, and coordinate with other coaches. In addition to promoting a culture of respect and dignity, and assisting the Unified Basketball Head Coach, the Unified Basketball Assistant Coach will implement skill progressions, sequenced drills and activities, and inform appropriate levels of play and competition. The candidate must meet all New York State coaching licensure requirements by the start of the season.
