Effective: October through November 2026 Description: The Elwood UFSD is seeking a leave replacement Guidance Counselor Academic advising to ensure alignment with NYS graduation requirements. Provide individual and group counseling, as well as classroom lessons, to address students' mental health, social development, and post-secondary goals. Assist students with post-secondary applications, financial aid (FAFSA), and scholarship opportunities. Act as part of the school’s mental health team to support students. Strong knowledge of the adolescent learner Helping the school identify and resolve student issues, needs, and problems Requirements: Current NYS certification as a School Guidance Counselor is required.
