Key responsibilities include:Assisting with classroom instruction: Work with individual students or small groups to reinforce concepts and provide academic support.Preparing instructional materials: Help prepare and organize teaching aids, resources, and classroom displays.Supervising students: Monitor students in the classroom, hallways, cafeteria, and during school events to ensure a safe and orderly environment.Supporting learners: Adapt to the needs of students with varying abilities and learning styles.
