Summer School Social Studies TeacherGlobal History 10Summer 2025Eastchester High SchoolEastchester High School is seeking a certified Social Studies teacher to teach Global History 10 for its summer school. The program will run from July 10, 2025 through August 20, 2025. Classes are two hour sessions, running Monday through Thursday from 7:45am-10:00am and 10:15am-12:30pm. All classes will be offered in-person. The instructor for each class will be compensated $53.04/hour. Requirements:NYS Certification: Social Studies 7-12NYSED Fingerprint Clearance**Fingerprint Clearance: SAVE Law: Effective July 1, 2001, Education Law ยงยง305(30), 3004-b, 3004-c and 3035, as amended by Chapter 180 of the Laws of 2000, and Part 87 of the Commissioner's Regulations require the Commissioner of Education to request a fingerprint-supported criminal history background check for applicants for certification as well as for prospective employees of school districts, charter schools and boards of cooperative educational services (BOCES).
