Preferred degree in a culinary field. Instructing experience a plus. DUTIES: The chosen candidate will teach the hands-on culinary course for students looking to develop their culinary skills. The instructor will use a combination of hands-on, lecture, and other teaching strategies to build participant's knowledge about basic culinary practices essential to earning an entry level position in the culinary field. The instructor will determine text, supplies/resources necessary to provide the instruction and experiences the participants need to meet the course goals.
