Dobbs Ferry High School is seeking a full-time Science Research Teacher/Coordinator to lead our three-year science research program for students in grades 10-12. This position includes overseeing all aspects of the program, including preparing students for local (WESEF) competitions, our annual Science Symposium, and national competitions as needed. Experience as a science research teacher is preferred. Direct knowledge on how to successfully teach and coordinate a science research program is required. New York State Certification: Grades 7-12 Science (any concentration) is required. This is a full time, probationary/tenure track position, with an anticipated effective date of August 30, 2023. Salary commensurate with experience and terms of employment are in accordance with the Dobbs Ferry United Teachers contract.Qualified candidates may apply via OLAS by May 25, 2023.
