POSITION: Special Education Teacher - Grades 5/6 Resource Consultant Full Time Probationary Appointment QUALIFICATIONS: New York State certified in Special Education required. Previous background/experience working with disabled children. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES: The following are examples of typical duties association with the position; but the list is not all inclusive, and other duties appropriate to the position may also be assigned. 1. Delivery of Special Education program; 2. Participation as required and/or able, on building and district curriculum or program committees; 3. Participation in building planning/problem solving efforts as needed or required; 4. Articulation of student program and progress to parents; 5. Other responsibilities as required, to support the educational and professional goals of the district. SALARY RANGE: Per CBA
