Position: F/T Probationary School Psychologist Requirements/Position Description NYS Certification required Doctorate in Psychology preferred Administer and complete initial and triennial psychological evaluations Present psychological reports at Committee on Special Education meetings Work closely with faculty, administrators and parents to address academic and behavioral needs of students Manage a counseling caseload of mandated and non-mandated students Facilitate Instructional Support Team (IST) meetings; demonstrate knowledge of RtI/MTSS frameworks Manage progress by monitoring data and all IEP goals Create and present social/emotional learning activities and mental health curriculum initiative through classroom push-in sessions Communicate regularly and effectively with parents, faculty, and administrators Serve as a CSE/CPSE Chairperson Demonstrate a successful track record identifying and addressing the needs of all students through a comprehensive program of support services Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication (oral and written) skills No telephone calls, please Cover letter may be addressed to Brian Taylor, Assistant Superintendent for Human Resources
