QUALIFICATIONS:Master’s Degree in EducationSBL and/or SDL Certification / SAS and/or SDA5+ years Special Education Teaching Experience PreferredREPORTS TO: Directly reports to the superintendent of schools for special education responsibilitiesDirectly reports to the elementary principal for elementary responsibilitiesGOALS:Maintain a vision for the school that reflects the strategic plan, community involvement, and achievement for all studentsImplement initiatives in order to achieve annual district, building and personal goalsMaintain a safe and supportive learning environmentThe Director of Pupil Services is a twelve-month position, receiving compensation and benefits as set by the Cambridge Administrators Association contract. The individual will report to the Superintendent of Schools and the Elementary Principal. The director will report to the Board of Education for personnel relations and budget preparations.
