TEACHER AIDE (27.5 hours per week) - Immediate Hire (Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis.) The Chappaqua Central School District is seeking a dedicated and compassionate part-time Teacher Aide for Douglas Grafflin Elementary School through the end of June 2026. The intent is to continue this position again beginning in September for the 26/27 School Year. This role involves supporting students and teachers throughout the school day, performing clerical tasks, and supervising students during various times, such as arrival, lunch, recess, and dismissal. Details: Location: Douglas Grafflin Elementary School Daily Hours: 8:30-2:30 27.5 hours per week Personal lunch: 30 minutes Responsibilities: Classroom Support: Assisting teachers with classroom activities and supporting students with their learning. Clerical Tasks: Performing administrative tasks as needed. Student Supervision: Overseeing students during arrival, lunch, recess, and dismissal to ensure their safety and well-being. The ideal candidate is organized, caring, and compassionate. They are dedicated to supporting elementary school students throughout their school day.
