Location: Burton St. Elementary School The Cazenovia Central School District is seeking a highly qualified and dedicated Special Education Long-Term Substitute Teacher to join our team. Requirements: Successful candidates must have a valid and current NYS Teaching Certification for Students with Disabilities (1-6) or NYS Permanent Certification in Special Education; Strong working knowledge of ELA and Math curricula, specialized instruction, and literacy; Use consistent school-wide practices and a variety of instructional methods to engage students in the classroom; High-quality classroom management skills; Strong ability to be a collaborative and positive team member; Ability to work collaboratively and flexibly with all staff, students, parents/guardians, administrators, and community members.
