Cazenovia Central School is searching for a highly qualified educator to serve as a probationary Social Studies Teacher for the 2024-2025 school year:Successful candidates must have a valid and current NYS Teaching Certification for Secondary Social Studies.High-quality classroom management skills and experience with Restorative Practices.Use consistent school-wide practices and a variety of instructional methods to engage students in the classroom, with an emphasis on differentiated instruction.Implement a standards-based curriculum and address skills aligned to NYS and NGLS standards.Conduct and utilize ongoing assessments of student achievement, using both formative and summative assessments.Ability to work collaboratively and flexibly with colleagues, staff, parents/guardians.Please apply and provide resume, application and cover letter through OLAS.
