The Cazenovia Central School District is currently accepting applications for professional educators in the students with disabilities tenure area. The anticipated vacancy is at Burton Street Elementary School teaching K-1 Special Education as a long term substitute for one year. Requirements:Successful candidates must have a valid and current NYS Students with Disabilities certification (Initial, Professional, Permanent, Provisional). NYS Students with Disabilities Certification Birth-2 preferred. Knowledge of New York State Next Generation Learning Standards, elementary curriculum, literacy and specialized instruction. Willing and able to work in a collaborative and inclusive educational environment, including models of co-teaching. Ability to promote a safe and inclusive learning environment.
