Minimum Requirements: New York State Initial/Professional Certification in Physical Education AND Health (must possess dual certification in PE & Health) Interstate agreements and qualifications of educational personnel will be honored. High School experience (curriculum writing) preferred. Terms of Employment: Compensation per CTA Contract 10 months unless otherwise noted Performance Responsibilities: To provide each child a program of study that meets his/her individual needs, interests and abilities. To create an environment conducive to learning and appropriate to the maturity and interest of the students. To guide students’ learning towards the achievement of curricular goals. To perform other duties as assigned by the Building Principal.
