The Head JV Girls Basketball Coach will lead the junior varsity basketball program at Byram Hills High School, focusing on player development, team cohesion, and preparing student-athletes for the varsity level. This role includes designing and executing practice plans, teaching fundamental and advanced basketball concepts, and fostering a positive, hardworking team culture.The coach will work in close collaboration with the varsity coaching staff to maintain program alignment and continuity. Additional responsibilities include game-day coaching, player evaluations, regular communication with families, and adherence to all school and athletic department policies.Candidates should have a strong basketball background, proven leadership skills, and a passion for coaching and mentorship. Prior coaching or competitive playing experience is preferred.
