BYRAM HILLS SCHOOL DISTRICTARMONK, NYPOSITION: Head Varsity Boys Basketball CoachJOB INFORMATION: The Head Varsity Boys Basketball Coach will oversee the entire boys basketball program at Byram Hills High School, responsible for leading the varsity team and coordinating with JV and modified coaches to ensure program alignment and continuity. The coach will plan and lead practices, develop and implement game strategies, and foster a culture of teamwork, discipline and sportsmanship.Responsibilities include managing all aspects of the varsity program, mentoring assistant and sub-varsity coaches, supporting athlete development both on and off the court, and maintaining regular communication with student-athletes, families, and the athletic department. The coach will also ensure compliance with school, Section One, and NYSPHSAA regulations.Candidates should have significant coaching experience, demonstrated leadership ability, and a deep understanding of basketball strategy and skill development. Prior head coaching or varsity-level experience is strongly preferred.Application Deadline: October 1, 2025Start Date: November 17, 2025Stipend: $8,981 for the season/post season
