The Boys Freshman Basketball Head Coach is responsible for leading and managing the freshman boys' basketball team. This role involves developing and implementing training programs that focus on skill development, game strategy, and physical conditioning. The Head Coach will plan and conduct practices, teach proper basketball techniques, and ensure that all activities are conducted safely, emphasizing injury prevention and adherence to safety protocols. The coach is responsible for organizing and supervising team activities, coordinating with school staff and parents, and attending all games, practices, and team events. Additionally, the Head Coach will foster a positive and competitive team environment, promoting sportsmanship, teamwork, and a passion for basketball. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential for this role.Compensated according to the BHTA Extracurricular Stipend Schedule
