The Bay Shore Union Free School District, an equal opportunity employer, is seeking a dynamic and dedicated English teacher to teach English Language Arts at the 9th, 11th, and 12th grade levels in our culturally enriched High School. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong content knowledge, a commitment to student growth, and the ability to engage diverse learners through high-quality, standards-based instruction. Experience preparing students for the New York State English Regents Exam is preferred, along with strengths in writing instruction and curriculum development. Candidates who are multilingual, from diverse backgrounds and/or hold additional certifications in TESOL or literacy are encouraged to apply.
