Job Description: Twenty First Century Community Learning Center Project DirectorPosition Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to serve as the Project Director for our Twenty First Century Community Learning Center program (21st CCLC). The 21st CCLC Project Director will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our after school and summer enrichment programs, ensuring high-quality educational experiences for students, and fostering community engagement.Key Responsibilities:Program Leadership:Develop and implement a comprehensive vision for the 21st CCLC program aligned with the district's goals and objectives.Plan, coordinate, and evaluate all program activities, including academic support, enrichment classes, recreational activities, and family engagement events.Ensure that programs are inclusive, culturally responsive, and meet the needs of diverse student populations.Staff Supervision and Development:Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate program staff, including teachers, instructors, and support personnel.Provide ongoing professional development opportunities to staff to enhance their effectiveness and support their career growth.Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.Budget and Resource Management:Develop and manage the program budget, ensuring fiscal responsibility and adherence to funding requirements.Procure necessary equipment, materials, and resources to support program activities and student learning.Maintain accurate records of expenditures and prepare reports for funding agencies and district administration.Partnership Development:Cultivate and maintain partnerships with community organizations, local businesses, and educational institutions to enhance program offerings and resources.Collaborate with district administrators, school principals, and teachers to align program activities with academic standards and curriculum goals.Serve as a liaison between the 21st CCLC program and external stakeholders, advocating for the needs of students and families.Compliance and Reporting:Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations governing 21st CCLC programs, including program evaluation and reporting requirements.Prepare and submit timely reports and assessments to funding agencies and district leadership, demonstrating program outcomes and impact.Apply on OLASPlease submit letter of interest, resume, and certification via OLAS to Dr. Mary T.
