We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to serve as our Pre-K–12 Building Principal, who will also oversee the district’s athletic programs as Athletic Director.Qualifications:• Certification: NYS School Building Leader (SBL), School District Leader (SDL), or equivalent.• Experience: Prior administrative or leadership experience preferred.• Skills: Strong communication, organization, decision-making, and leadership.• Knowledge: Deep understanding of Pre-K–12 curriculum, instruction, and school operations.• Athletics: Coaching or athletic program leadership is a plus.• Experience with Special Education Law and chairing CSE/CPSE meetings.Values: Integrity, innovation, collaboration, and a passion for student success.Reports To: Superintendent of Schools/Board of EducationJob Goal: To use leadership and management skills so as to promote the educational development of each student.Terms of Employment: Twelve-month year.
