The APW School District is seeking an experienced, NYS-certified social worker to serve in our elementary school. The successful candidate will provide individual and group counseling to K-6 students, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to write and implement behavior plans, and develop positive relationships with families to promote student attendance and success. Experience working with young students with emotional disabilities preferred. NYS certification as a School Social Worker required.
