The Altmar-Parish-Williamstown Central School District is seeking a Director of Human Resources and Talent Management.This position will be responsible for personnel administration, professional development, and performance evaluation. This role also works with administration on grant writing and data reporting. The candidate must have knowledge of civil service and NYS Education Law. This position will report to the School Business Administrator.The ideal candidate will possess School District Leadership (SDL) Certification and/or a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources. Salary commensurate with experience.
