Transportation Aide responsibilities will include assisting Teachers/Teacher Assistants and other staff with the school plan for busing and Drop Off of students; safely walk with students from bus/parent Drop Off locations to classrooms; use software applications and follow procedures for “Student Check Out”; assist Teachers/Teacher Assistants and other staff with the school plan for end of day dismissal for busing and Pick Up of students. You will work under the direction of the Building Coordinator.Qualifications: Applicants must have HS Diploma/GED; college credits in Early Childhood a plus; experience working in a classroom environment with special needs population a plus.Job Type: Part TimeLocation: East SetauketHours: 8:45 - 1:45Apply on OLAS
