POSITION: Varsity Indoor Track CoachLOCATION: Watervliet Jr/Sr High SchoolSTART DATE: November 18, 2024SALARY: $ 2,702 per contractJob Description:• Organize and manage all levels of the program including scheduling, ordering of equipment, and management of coaches, in conjunction with administration.• Coordinating tryouts, practice schedules, and special team events.• Supervising and aiding program coaches development, as well as student conduct.• Managing student/athlete performance athletically, academically and emotionally.• Development and implementation of program goals, processes, and training programs.• Handling of all clerical aspects of the program.
