Interested candidates should upload the following to the online application: Cover Letter Resumé Copy of NYS TA or Teaching Certificate 3 Letters of recommendation The Instructional Technology & STEAM Office Teaching Assistant will support district-wide technology and STEAM educational activities implementation by: Facilitating communication among staff to schedule activities Maintaining accurate records for inventory and equipment usage Assisting with scheduling and planning Providing basic support for district technology-based platforms, including the Student Information System (SIS) Managing records related to Education Law 2d, ensuring annual vendor documentation updates Securing data privacy contracts with vendors Assisting with maintenance, storage, and distribution of STEAM supplies and equipment Providing supplies for STEAM camps, Bridging activities, clubs, and engagement events Supporting STEAM and Technology Integration staff in interactions with students and educators Desired skills: Strong communication abilities (electronic, interpersonal, written) Organizational proficiency Eagerness for continuous learning Dedication to supporting all students and educators Interest in leveraging technology to streamline and enhance workflows Aptitude for troubleshooting to resolve technology and process-related issues Minimum Qualification - Either: (A) NYS Certified Teacher Assistant; OR (B) NYS Certified Elementary Teacher
