The Executive Principal serves as the district’s senior secondary administrator & principal of record for Grades 7–12, providing leadership in curriculum, instruction, personnel supervision, student services, school safety, operations, strategic planning, & community engagement. ROLE HIGHLIGHTS • Supervision & evaluation of secondary administrators & staff • Oversight of curriculum, instruction, assessment, & student achievement • Leadership of student discipline, safety planning, & campus operations • Oversight of Cyclone Academy evening school programs • Collaboration with families, community partners, & Jefferson Community College EDGE program • Support of district Strategic Plan & Portrait of a Graduate initiatives • Ensuring compliance with NYS, IEP, 504, & ENL requirements QUALIFICATIONS, BACKGROUND, & EXPERIENCE • NYS SDA, SDL, or SBL certification required • Minimum 3 years of successful secondary principal leadership experience preferred • Strong background in instructional leadership, personnel supervision, student management, & school operations TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT Salary & benefits per WASA agreement.
