Western Suffolk BOCES anticipates an opening for a part time Bicycle Maintenance Instructor for our Adult Ed program at our Wilson Tech Dix Hills campus to teach adult students. Includes: Teaching the basics of maintaining a bicycle, from bearing replacements, system overhauls to basic tune-ups. Classes are open to all levels of cyclists.Must be in the bicycle mechanic profession for 5+ years and know all of the fundamentals of bicycle repair and maintenance. Teaching experience is preferred but not required.Classes will be held evenings beginning in Fall 2022. Salary is $27/hr.Please upload your resume to apply.
