Weedsport Elementary School is looking for a dynamic educator for an anticipated Long Term Substitute Position Kindergarten position beginning December 19, 2024 and running to at least January 31, 2025. Candidates should have the following skills and abilities:The ability to create an environment favorable to learning and personal growth for all studentsThe ability to work collaboratively with a team of teachers and support staff to meet the needs of diverse learnersSolid understanding of the New York State Kindergarten learning standardsOur ideal candidate is an early childhood educator who can use creativity and caring as the basis for unique lessons that are brought to life in a fun and imaginative way. Experience with students that have special needs is preferred.
