NYS Students w/Disabilities 1-6 certification is required for a leave replacement Special Education teacher position at Church Street School. Position is expected to become available mid-June and potentially will continue through December 2026. This is an 8:1:2 position for students with Autism and other developmental disabilities. The selected candidate should have experience in the following: working in a self-contained classroom with students who participate in NYSAA with TEACHH or ABA Behavior Intervention Plans Augmentative communication devices Through June 2026, salary placement is expected to be as per the White Plains Substitute Teachers. If position continues into the 26-27 school year, it will be as per the White Plains Teachers Association salary schedule with benefits
