NYS Students w/Disabilities 1-6 certification is required for a leave replacement Special Education teacher position at Church Street School. Position is expected to become available mid-June and potentially will continue through December 2026. This is an 8:1:2 position for students with Autism and other developmental disabilities. The selected candidate should have experience in the following: working in a self-contained classroom with students who participate in NYSAA with TEACHH or ABA, Behavior Intervention Plans, Augmentative communication devices. Salary placement as per the White Plains Substitute Teachers agreement.
