WORCESTER CENTRAL SCHOOL SUBSTITUTE NEEDED FOR ELEMENTARY TEACHING POSITION Substitute needed for an elementary teaching position (Grade 5) to fill a maternity leave beginning on or around May 16, 2026 through June 26, 2026 (end of the 2025-26 school year). NYS Certification Preferred Anticipated Rate of Pay: Certified Substitute Teacher Rate: $125/Day Non-Certified Substitute Teacher Rate: $110/Day OR A certified long-term substitute who serves in the same appointment for more than twenty (20) consecutive days would be placed on the appropriate salary step (salary to be prorated for service of less than a full academic year). A non-certified substitute in the same appointment for more than twenty (20) consecutive days would be paid the daily rate of $225 per day.
