Duties:•Provide training and support to administrators, teachers, and leadership teams to facilitate implementation of a Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) at the district and building levels.•Collaborate with building principals to assist with building level IST and BIT teams for PK-12 and support building level coordinators/leaders with consistency of data collection, review, and intervention recommendations.•Assist building level administration for grades PK-5 with daily discipline, focused on restorative practices, using data to inform academic and behavioral interventions, and assist with necessary professional development needs for staff.•Provide peer review visits with feedback, model, interpret data and other supportive assistance necessary to implement a Multi-Tiered System of Supports.•Monitor the fidelity of MTSS implementation at the school level for academic and behavior support systems.•Monitor the fidelity of PBIS implementation and work collaboratively with District level coaches to provide professional development, conduct TFI’s, create schedules and lesson plans, and coordinate building level needs.•Plan with the District PBIS Team the annual kick off and check points throughout the year to determine the strengths and opportunities for growth in the PBIS traits.Attend professional development and regional MTSS meetings and maintain professional competence through professional reading and attending appropriate workshops in keeping the needs of students an in accordance with district guidelines.•Model use of data to inform decision making.•Collaborate with building administration on scheduling and intervention needs to ensure MTSS programming is allotted necessary time for success.•Assist teachers in using evidence-based instructional and learning strategies and differentiated instructional strategies in planning, delivering, and assessing lessons and individual student success.•Work with ELA and Math RTI data coordinators at the elementary buildings.Apply on OLAS
