Special Education Process and Management:- Comprehensive understanding of the IEP development and implementation process, including the CSE process.- Familiarity with the purpose, accommodations, data collection, and goal development for IEP and 504 Plans.- Skill in overall data collection and analysis to drive instructional decision-making.- Demonstrated strong classroom management skills and effective behavior management techniques.
