Description:

The West Islip UFSD is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic III to work 2:00 pm - 10:30 pm (optional 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm). Responsibilities include HVAC and/or plumbing mechanic needed. We desire competency in one or more of the following areas: heating/boiler systems, air conditioning, duct air supply systems with exhaust fans, digital and pneumatic controls/bms, and/or domestic water/waste plumbing flow systems. Some electrical, carpentry, or painting experience is helpful. Certificate or license for plumbing, electrical or refrigeration a plus.
