I. The successful candidate will be able to: support to the building principal in meeting building initiatives and the district vision listen, learn and provide effective feedback to support educators in reaching their maximum potential identify and remove potential barriers preventing students from meeting with success address student discipline in a fair, consistent and effective manner appreciate and consider the diverse perspectives of all stakeholders in planning Establish a visible presence to develop a deep understanding of the culture and community Coordinate the successful transition to High School by planning effective orientation programs Three to five years teaching experience secondary preferred.
