Wheelerville Union Free School is located in the Adirondack Park. We serve students in grades PreK-8th grade. The district is looking for a dynamic teacher who will motivate students to become their best selves. Overview:The Physical Education Teacher will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive physical education program for elementary and middle school students and a health curriculum for middle school students. This role focuses on fostering a positive and engaging environment that promotes students' physical fitness, overall well-being, and active lifestyles. The Physical Education Teacher will collaborate with teachers, parents, and school leaders to support the holistic development of each student.Role:The Physical Education Teacher will provide instruction and guidance to students, promoting teamwork, sportsmanship, and healthy habits. This role involves creating and delivering dynamic lesson plans, assessing student progress, and actively participating in the school community.Job Qualifications:The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and respectfully with all stakeholders.
