The Westbury Union Free School District is seeking a creative and dynamic art educator to implement an engaging art instructional program at the elementary and high school level. A successful candidate will be able to:Demonstrate proficiency in educating art scholars a variety of mediums, skills and techniques that are at a beginning level and/ or advanced level artist. Collaborate with colleagues and administrators.Demonstrate experience with using technology and multimedia tools to enhance and enrich the art curriculum. Provide ongoing and timely feedback to students on their progress towards meeting expectations and achieving goals. Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud Preferred. Certifications:New York State K-12 Art or Visual Arts Certification required. Type of Position:.8 Part-Time position. Salary and Benefits:As per Westbury Teachers’ Association Contract.
