The Westbury Union Free School District is seeking highly qualified candidates to apply for the positions of:Data Manager for the Westbury Adult Learning Center JOB DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Extensive experience with ASISTS database preferred Monitor ASISTS database and daily reports Ensure data is input by each site in a timely manner Confirm data is inputted accurately by each site Support staff input of data at each WALC Site Create Adult Education Courses in ASISTS Train staff on ASISTS to build capacity Ensure program evaluation is maximized on a daily basis Report accurate information to NYSED and the LI-RAEN including the Personnel Information Form (PIF) Participate in NYSED ASISTS training meetings Attend and participate in faculty meetings Complete additional responsibilities as assigned by the Program Manager Reports to Program Manager or designee EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & LICENSING REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s Degree required; Master's preferred Adult Education Certification required unless the applicant has a Permanent K-12 Certification Experience with Adult Education preferred Experience with Microsoft Suite, Google Suite, and ASISTS preferred Day, evening, and weekend hours available Teacher Retirement System (TRS) BenefitsStipend: $60.00 per hour Interested applicants should submit a cover letter and resume on www.OLASjobs.orgby the end of the day on Friday, July 1, 2022.
