The Watkins Glen Central School District is in search of a Long-Term Substitute Teacher (less than 90 days) for elementary grade levels. The successful candidate will be assigned to a position within Watkins Glen Elementary School. Watkins Glen Elementary School serves students in grades PK-6. Grade level assignment will be determined by the elementary building Principal. Assignment may be subject to change during the school year.Candidates must hold a valid New York State Education Department certification as a Teacher or Teaching Assistant. Various subject/grade levels may be accepted.Applications will be reviewed as they are received until a successful candidate is appointed. The successful candidate will be compensated at a per diem rate according to step 1 of the Watkins Glen Faculty Association contract.
