The Wappingers Central School District is seeking candidates to fill a long term substitute teaching position January 3, 2023 through March 31, 2023.To be considered for this position, candidates must hold valid NYSed certification in the area of School Psychology appointed to the WCSD as a certified substitute school psychologist. Candidates for all substitute positions must receive WCSD Board approval prior to the start of the assignment. After working fifteen (15) consecutive days in the same assignment, long term substitutes are compensated at their placement according to the Wappingers Congress of Teachers' salary of the 2022-23 WCT salary schedule with the initial 15-day per diem payments paid retroactively back to the first day worked at salary level.
