Virginia Road School is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teacher Aide to support students in Kindergarten through Grade 2. The ideal candidate will have experience working with young children and supporting students with special needs in a classroom setting.Key Responsibilities:Assist the classroom teacher in providing academic and behavioral support to students.Work one-on-one and in small groups with students to reinforce learning and social-emotional skills.Support students with special needs by implementing accommodations and providing individualized assistance.Help maintain a positive, safe, and inclusive classroom environment.Collaborate with teachers and staff to support student learning and growth.Qualifications:Experience working with young children (K-2 preferred).Experience supporting students with special needs.Demonstrated patience, flexibility, and the ability to work as part of a team.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
