Valhalla Schools is seeking a dedicated and experienced individual to serve as the Summer Committee on Preschool Special Education (CPSE) Chairperson. This role involves coordinating and managing the CPSE process, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.Responsibilities:Chair CPSE meetings and oversee the development of individualized education programs (IEPs).Collaborate with parents, teachers, and service providers to ensure the needs of preschool children with disabilities are met.Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with state and federal guidelines.Provide leadership and support to CPSE team members.Communicate effectively with all stakeholders involved in the CPSE process.Qualifications:Master’s degree in Special Education, School Psychology, or a related field.Valid certification in Special Education or related area.Extensive knowledge of CPSE regulations and procedures.Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.Previous experience in a CPSE role is preferred.Salary Range is per Teachers' Contract
