Per Diem. Open until filled. This position may include, but is not limited to: Plan/Implement De-escalation and Conflict Resolution programs with students district-wide. Staff training on the same. Assist with student mediation. Perform consultations on Social-Emotional needs of all students. Participate and plan Safety Committee meetings with Director of Security and Emergency Preparedness. Participate in committees and assist/evaluate safety drills. Develop community engagement programs, assess mental health programs, train administrators and staff on restorative practices. NYS Certification Special Education 7-12 or K-12, or School Counselor, or School Social Worker. Address letters of interest to Ivan Tolentino, Assistant Superintendent for Human Resources.
