Qualifications:Education: Graduation from high school or possession of a high school equivalency diploma; AND(A) Graduation from a regionally accredited New York State registered college or university with an Associate’s Degree in Air Conditioning/Heating Technology or a related field and two (2) years of technical work experience in the HVAC field; OR(B) Four (4) years of technical experience in the HVAC field; OR(C) Any equivalent combination of training and experience as defined by the limits of(A) and (B) above.Special Requirements: Candidates must be able to successfully pass a physical agility exam commensurate with the physical demands of the position.Candidates must be in possession a valid New York State driver’s license at time of, and must maintain a valid driver’s license throughout the term of their appointment.A fingerprint-supported criminal history background check is mandatory for prospective employees of school districts.Candidates must pass a Child Abuse Recognition course.Candidates must successfully complete District required training programs.Salary: As per contract.
