Key functions may include; but are not limited to the following: Experience in writing and monitoring individualized educational programs developed through Applied Behavior Analysis teaching methodologies Assist in the development and implementation of behavior intervention programs Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments in collaboration with school teams Create meaningful data collection systems, analyze data, and modify interventions through data based decisions Train staff by: Modeling proactive and reactive strategies to utilize when working with the student Training support staff on the most effective ways to work with students Collaborate with school based teams to determine needs for FBA/BIP Conduct observations of students to oversee behavioral progress Provide individualized and group parent training for families Provide training for staff on crisis intervention Assist team in creating new /alternate behavior plans after crisis for students on caseload Assist in summarizing and reporting on progress of behavior based IEP goals Implement workshops and trainings as directed by District administration Supervise home programs outside the school day We are an equal opportunity employer
