TITLE: BOCES EXCEPTIONAL EDUCATION SUMMER SCHOOL CERTIFIED POSITIONS 6 weeks (July 7 - August 17, 2022) Location: TST BOCES Campus, Smith School (Teacher/TVI/Deaf/Speech)(All Summer School staff will be required to perform their duties on-site, in-person, even if classrooms are virtual.)POSITIONS NEEDED FOR 6-WEEK SESSION (Some working 30 days – some less, as needed):Special Education TeacherTeacher of the Visually ImpairedTeacher of the Deaf/Hard of HearingSpeech TherapistQUALIFICATIONS: Special Education Teachers – Appropriate NYS Students with Disabilities Teaching Certification, K-12.Teacher of the Visually Impaired – New York State Certification as Teacher of the Blind/Partially Sighted.Teacher of the Deaf/Hard of Hearing – New York State Certified Teacher of the Deaf and Hearing Impaired.Speech Therapists – NYS License and/or certification as Registered S.L.P. (preferred) or Speech Therapist.Teachers and Speech Therapist apply online at OLAS or complete the BOCES Employment Application. Indicate position of interest in cover letter.
