Tiegerman School and Community Services is a program working with students and adults with developmental disabilities. The program is servicing students from preschool through grade 12 and continuing services through Adulthood. Tiegerman is looking for a full time IT Coordinator to join our staff. This is an in-person position based out of our Glen Cove location. Travel may be required to our other locations on Long Island and Queens (with access to agency vehicles).The IT Coordinator is directly responsible for the development and implementation of information technology goals. This position reports to the Director and is an exempt position.Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):Supervisor for the IT DepartmentReview budgets for IT needs of agency Installs and configures computer hardware operating systemsMaintains computer systems and networksHelps employees to resolve computer issues either face to face or over the phoneReplaces parts as requiredSets up new user profilesTests and evaluates new technologyEstablishes a good working relationship with all staff membersRe-sets passwords for employeesDisables user accounts upon terminationFollows diagrams and written instruction to repair faults and set up systemsConducts safety checks on computer equipmentAnalyzes call logs to resolve underlying issuesAssures that all identifying information as per HIPAA and FERPA regulations is protectedTiegerman is an EEO and AA employer.Apply on OLAS
