Job Description:The Child School/Legacy High School is a NY state approved Non-public school for students with learning challenges in grades K-12. We are located on the very picturesque Roosevelt Island in NYC. We are seeking Teaching Assistants for our Elementary and High School Programs. Class ratio 12:1:1. All services are on site in a beautiful facility. Our students with the guidance and support of our excellent faculty, transition to post secondary college options.Candidates with NYS Teaching Assistant certification or pending certification should apply. Candidates who are enrolled in college education and aspiring to be teachers should also apply.
