Sleepy Hollow High SchoolItalian Teacher / Probationary Track The successful candidate will have a strong knowledge of the NYS Approved Italian Curriculum (including college-level Italian) and the Checkpoint B exam, demonstrate an understanding of effective pedagogical practices that promote a student-centered learning environment, have experience working with a diverse student population, and feel comfortable integrating technology as an instructional and learning tool. Certification(s): NYS certification in Italian (Grades 7-12)EFFECTIVE: September 1, 2024 (You will be expected to attend New Teacher Orientation, August 23, 26, 27, and Supt. Days August 28, 29).
