POSITION: Teaching Assistant Elementary School *(assignment may change year to year) DESCRIPTION OF POSITION: The Stillwater CSD is looking to hire a Teaching Assistant who will provide direct instructional services to students under the general supervision of a New York State-certified teacher. This position will support the educational needs of students with IEPs in a special class setting. Candidates should be flexible and enjoy working with students with behavioral and emotional challenges, learning disabilities, and Autism. Candidates must be certified as a Teaching Assistant or have a four year degree.
